This article outlines human rights violations of civil and political rights, and identifiable abuse of personal integrity rights . Denial of political participation rights is why Faysal Omar Madar “QUMUJ” and Abdi Bedel Omar been the victim of unlawful detention usurpation persecuted because he exposed high level wrongdoing by the government, and usurpation is the exercise of powers by an agent which have not been delegated to him by the principal of law.

Besides usurpations, there is a larger class of abuses which include corruption and violations of constitutional rights. It became a matter of special concern to Somaliland citizens when government officials of SILAANYO cabinet including the First Lady Amina Waris Conspire with one another by using the law with corruption, and use the resources of government and the powers of their offices committing such crimes themselves by becoming a privileged class that is above the law in which they also use their position to favour their friends and relatives unfairly.

faysal QumujCorruption is rampant in courts at every level throughout the country. It is equally rampant among prosecutors and law enforcement. Imprisonment of political opponents and journalists critical of the government has been common through excessive use of force and authority.

“They promise to be good masters, but they mean to be masters. — Daniel Webster”

Ahmed Mohamed Mahamoud “SIILAANYO ” promised to be a good master during his campaign but what he really meant was to be the master and it all became clear when the citizens faced the brutalities of RRU terrorising civilians homes and the 200 and above arrests made during his first term which is ending soon, and the constant oppression of freedom of expression subjected to suffocation. Silaanyo government has illegally kidnapped, detained and tortured numerous prisoners.

Most corrupt institutions are KULMIYE political party, the police, public officials, the legislature, and the judiciary.

in the way government does business the situation seem to be hopeless, that even changes are not possible because Government corruption has deep roots and commitment to really root out corruption seems to be missing.

There is famous quote of John Adams “The jaws of power are always open to devour, and her arm is always stretched out, if possible, to destroy the freedom of thinking, speaking, and writing.”

Silaanyo government is destroying the freedom of thinking, speaking and writing.

Each one of us “Somalilander’s” has the given liberty to say and express their views on the society they are living in, without fear of political persecutions but The young leaders representatives of “JIIDAALI YOUTH ASSOCIATION” stood up and organised several youth meetings where they spoke up for youth rights, freedom of expression, and denounced the poison of Silaanyo government corruption took them Faysal Omar Madar “QUMUJ”, Abdi Bedel Omar, Mohamed Abdikareem Omar and Abdourahman Hassan Aden unlawfully arrested and detained.
